We received a call and email the day before confirming the install between 8-10 am.The morning of the install we get another email with the photo of the installer confirming the 8-10 time.
At 10:30 I call and was told ther is a hold up and they will now be there between 12-1pm. They never called to explain the delay had I not called I would not have know they were delayed. I then called at 1: 15 as they still had not shown up and this I've the manager had the nerve to say we never scheduled the appointment. This was after 2 emails and calls confirming the time.
They are now going to be at the home between 2-4.Let see if they show up Home needs a new contract with another installer
